CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

It is expected that all the papers/workshops/forums will be presented. If an author does not register by May 29, 2008, his/her paper will then not be included in conference program, abstract book, and conference proceedings. One registered author can have a maximum of two presentations. If an author fails to present his/her paper, the paper will not be considered for possible publication in the special issues of the four journals.

Registration fee

Note:

1. The standard registration for participants and students includes: opening ceremony; welcome reception on July 13; all plenary, parallel, and poster sessions; a CD of conference proceedings; a copy book containing all the paper abstracts; coffee and tea breaks; technical visit to the seawater source heat pump project; and closing ceremony.
2. The package registration for participants and students includes all the items in the standard registration package plus excursion to Bin Hai Road, lunches on July 14-16, dinner on July 14, and dinner party on July 15.
3. The standard registration for accompanying persons includes: opening ceremony, welcome reception on July 13, coffee and tea breaks, technical visit to the seawater source heat pump project, and closing ceremony.
4. The package registration for accompanying persons includes all the items in the standard registration package plus excursion to Bin Hai Road, lunches on July 14-16, dinner on July 14, and dinner party on July 15.
5. Students must present their student IDs at conference check-in.
